- Adkins-Edlund Dr. W.F. Adkins, of
Hillsboro, and Miss Thelma Edlund, of Portland, were married Dec 2, 1906, at No.
34 East Seventh Street, Portland, Rev Lapaham, of the Second Baptist Church,
officiating. The groom is a son of Dr. J. E. Adkins, Hillsboro's pioneer
dentist, and has been practicing dentistry for some time. The bride is
well known in East Portland, and for several years has been an assistant at Wise
Bro.'s dental parlors in Portland. They will make their home in Portland for a
short time, and later may locate in this city, or in Eastern Oregon. The
